Admission Rules

ADMISSION POLICY
At the start of session students are admitted to all classes on the provision of seats.
However, during the session, special cases are accepted on merit.
(a) Nursery to One class has no compulsion for leaving certificate from previous institution. Admission to all other levels         needs leaving certificate. While for admission in college classes attested mark sheet or SSC is required.
(b) For board classes, migration certificate from respective BISE is also needed along with leaving certificate.
(c) Special provision for "Huffaz" is also there for their first admission up to class 8.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
(a) Punctuality and regularity throughout the academic session is an essential for the students.
(b) In case of absence telephonic message is conveyed, if the absence exceeds 6
     days for boys, 10 for girls, the student is struck off and readmission is needed in case of restoration.
(c) In case of extreme situation pre-informed leaves are granted on parents' request.But it should not exceed the figure        of 30 for the whole academic session.
(d) Students securing less than 80% of total attendance will not be allowed to take final examinations.
BOARDING POLICY
(a) Only pre-registered and parents or guardians-recommended visitors are allowed for entry.
(b) Guests are not permitted for night stay at hostel. Visitors will be allowed to meet their son/ward according to specific         timings.
(c) Valuables should be deposited to hostel superintendent.
(d) There is no provision of keeping radio, tape recorder, iron, mobile phone and weapons of any sort.
(e) Students should not leave hostel without prior permission of superintendent.
(f)  At the start of holidays and vacation, pick & drop of students would be the responsibility of parents.
(g) Hostel dues will be charged for full month throughout the session.

Promotion Policy

1. Dues are to be paid on or before the tenth of each month in advance.
2. Late fee Rs. 1 per day will be charged.
3. Dues for holidays and vacations are to be paid in advance.
4. Dues for intermediate classes are charged in four equal installments.
5. In the start of session, increase in dues will only be displayed on the notice board only.

GENERAL RULES

1. Admission to institution will be granted on test base.
2. Dues once paid will not be refunded.
3. Dues will have to be paid in advance.
4. No student will be allowed to distribute any sort of Broacher or Handbill.
5. No political or sectarian activity is allowed.
6. Students are expected to do their homework to meet academic Requirements.
7. Any will-full damage to the institution's property will be charged ten times.
8. Students involved in cheating cases will be treated severely and could be expelled from the institution.
9. Misconduct with any of class fellow or staff member will result in expulsion from the institution.
10. Incase of leave, written application or telephonic message from parents should reach the office before the commencement of first period.
11. For each absence Rs.5 per day will be charged.
12. Students are not allowed to keep valuables such as Mobile Phones and Oranaments etc. in school premises.
